Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to major cities and most towns across Pakistan.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• Processing times may be slightly longer during sales, promotional campaigns, or peak shopping seasons.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Major Cities: 2–4 business days

• Other Areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email (where applicable) so you can track your shipment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible locations across Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive the order.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner may make multiple delivery attempts. If the order cannot be delivered due to an unavailable recipient or an incorrect address, the package may be returned to Urapra. In such cases, we will contact you regarding the next steps.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Urapra is not responsible for delays or unsuccessful deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses or contact information.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your package. Kindly provide your order number along with clear photos of the package and products to help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays caused by courier services, adverse weather, public holidays, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.
